Plant Support Foliage
For over a century, Iittala has pushed the boundaries of glass craftsmanship. The borosilicate plant support, designed by Iina Kettunen, embodies this legacy—both fragile and strong, much like the plants it supports. Originally introduced at Artek Helsinki in 2021 and crafted by glassblower Paula Pääkkönen in Nuutajärvi, the first editions featured organic, fluid shapes in warm yellow tones. Now refined through further development, the plant support is part of Iittala’s collection, available in yellow, grey, and brown.
Beyond its practical function, it brings a sculptural presence to any indoor garden, blending natural growth with the timeless beauty of glass.
